• Manage timelines and execution across email, paid media, social, web, and launches
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media buying, CRM, agencies)
• Keep campaigns, promos, and launches on track end-to-end
• Help prioritize initiatives based on impact and bandwidth
• Ensure clear communication, documentation, and follow-through

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in e-commerce / DTC
• Comfortable managing multiple channels and campaigns at once
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with growth and leadership teams
