As a Reservation Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and distribution of equipment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with calls from and to customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status. Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy. Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product, providing support and guidance to customers and team members. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Working knowledge of office equipment, such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email. Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, reservation management, or a related field. Familiarity with U-Haul's products and services, including the U-Box portable storage product. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reports and make informed decisions.
