Project Manager, Design & Construction
Welcome to American Express! We are currently seeking a highly skilled and driven Project Manager to join our Design & Construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects across our company, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who is passionate about project management and has a strong background in design and construction. Oversee the design and construction of various projects across the company.
Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including senior management, throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are being met.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
Lead project meetings and ensure action items are assigned and completed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in design and construction.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
