Do you love challenges? As Project / Delivery Assurance Manager for SAP and ServiceNow Projects and Managed Services, you will be responsible for: ■ Conducting risk and quality assessments for new and existing large customer engagements, ensuring SAP and ServiceNow-specific risks are addressed. ■ Providing feedback on the Deal Governance process to ensure that new projects and services meet agreed standards and quality expectations. ■ Supporting Red/Amber projects by developing and executing " Back to Green" action plans , including internal management reporting. ■ Managing customer escalations: leading top management customer escalations, supporting executive management in the de-escalation process, addressing root causes, and restoring customer confidence. ■ Defining the necessary quality checks for SAP and ServiceNow projects and services to ensure quality, speed and profitability Convince us with your potential! ■ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science , or a related field Several years of work experience in Delivery Assurance, Project and/or Services Management proves your: ■ Expertise in SAP and ServiceNow within complex enterprise environments ■ Delivery assurance skills , supported by certification (e.g. Six Sigma) ■ Strong project/service management and leadership abilities ■ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills , with a data-driven approach ■ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders ■ Commitment to continuous improvement , attention to detail, and adaptability under pressure ■ Knowledge of IT standards and regulations (ISO 9001, CMMI, GDPR) ■ Proficiency in written and spoken English and German Do you have questions?
