This position manages project execution, field coordination, and financial performance while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Travel is expected up to 50% of the time. Responsibilities • Take full ownership of assigned projects, leading planning, execution, and financial performance from award through closeout. • Manage project risk, scope, and change proactively, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives. • Direct field operations and resource planning in collaboration with operations, engineering, and procurement teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and strengthening partnerships. • Oversee subcontractor performance, contract administration, and major material procurement to maintain schedule and cost targets. • Review and interpret project financials, forecasts, and progress reports to drive informed decision-making. • Lead project reviews and post-construction evaluations to capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Geological Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of project management experience in construction or geotechnical work. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams with minimal oversight. • Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management. • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills across departments and with clients. • PMP certification required. • Willingness to travel up to 50%. • 3+ years of experience working with deep foundations, micro piles and/or cased drilling. The expected base pay range for this position in the KY area is $83,000-105,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
