Project Manager
The Santa Clara County Housing Authority is the county’s largest provider of affordable housing, helping make rental housing safe and affordable for approximately 43,000 low-income residents. They are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their Real Estate Development Team to help develop a pipeline of over 20 projects and 1500 units of affordable housing, focusing on various types of housing projects and community partnerships.ResponsibilitiesHelp develop a pipeline of over 20 projects and 1500 units of affordable housingWork on new construction multi-family housing, renovation and rehabilitation of existing structures, and repurposing of commercial propertiesEngage in master planning for affordable housingSkillsBachelors DegreeAt least one (1) to three (3) years of previous experience developing affordable housing using Federal and State funding sourcesExperience with pro formas and financial model analysisExperience reviewing and negotiating real estate development transactional documentsStrong problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills to work with all cross-functional partners through the projectCompany OverviewSanta Clara County Housing Authority is a public agency that offers property development and rental services.
