The role involves reviewing and updating NNT data, leading the implementation of modifications to improve reporting systems, and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies across the organization. A key aspect of this role is leading and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of improvement projects that reduce NNTs, while providing timely and accurate reporting to executive leadership. The position also involves collaborating with the Insights & Analytics team to ensure reporting dashboards are accurate and reliable, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

• Review and update Modification Categories for Month-to-Date (MTD) NNTs weekly, typically over the weekend, to ensure that the reporting on Monday is as accurate as possible.
• Analyze MTD Closed and Open NNTs by Sales VP, creating a short, actionable presentation each week to discuss trends and modifications with VPs. Focus on reducing executive concessions and driving operational improvements.
• Support team members conducting deep dives into modification categories by reviewing quotes, raising concerns, and ensuring alignment with the correct modification categories.
• Identify and highlight concerns with quotes that lack approval or have approval workflow issues. Collaborate with relevant teams to streamline the approval process and enhance efficiency.
• Reporting and Presentations:
• Prepare and send bi-weekly reports to key organizational leaders, sharing important data from PowerBI related to forecasts and actuals.
• Collaborate with the Insights & Analytics team to ensure that the reports include robust, actionable information and lead any necessary changes or updates, as requested by executive leadership or other stakeholders.
• Update weekly slides in the RevOps slide deck with overlay details on Closed NNTs from the previous week.
• Work with the Insights & Analytics team as needed to ensure that PowerBI dashboards are reporting accurately. Address reporting failures and/or data issues causing discrepancies, ensuring that all dashboards provide reliable, actionable insights.
• Process Improvements:
• Drive efforts to analyze modification category trends, raise visibility, and propose actionable solutions.
• Take a leadership role on some improvement initiatives and support other core team members as they run point on their initiatives.
• Modification Category Taxonomy:
• Improve and update the modification category taxonomy across the organization. The first round of updates went live in early July, with a second round slated for submission to the Salesforce Help Team (BIS) by the end of the week for a September go-live.
• Prepare and communicate changes effectively to all team members. Conduct one-on-one or team training sessions as needed to ensure seamless adoption of the new taxonomy.
• Work closely with the Insights & Analytics team to ensure that new taxonomy changes do not affect PowerBI reporting.
• Additional Project Support:
• Provide support for various cross-functional projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach to meeting organizational goals.
