Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Project Leader coordinates, oversees, and manages tasks to completion for tech currency, cybersecurity, and technical compliance initiatives within a Managed Service Agreement (MSA) model. The position is also a primary point of contact for audit initiatives. The Project Leader works with supervision and guidance and is responsible for applying basic Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.

What Will You Do?
• Manage vendor execution of currency plans to ensure applications and supporting technologies are kept current.
• Lead the implementation of and oversee adherence to cybersecurity practices such as vulnerability scans and remediation activities, privileged access management controls, and periodic access reviews.
• Lead high priority currency, security, and technology initiatives across a two vendor MSA model.
• Manage audits and resulting remediation activities.
• Manage quarterly SOX certification schedules across the team and accountable to certify assigned SOX controls on a quarterly basis.
• Serve as an area liaison with Corporate Audit, Risk Management, Tech Currency, and Cyber teams.
• Manage Project tasks and sub-Projects against time and budget plans.
• Monitor contingency plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• 2 years of project management or scrum master experience preferred.
• Experience in managing technology efforts across multiples teams.
• Experience with formal information technology audits.
• Ability to work across multiple areas, lead others, influence without authority, and drive outcomes.
• Ability to adjust with new demand.
• Organized with diligent follow through skills on a diverse set of tasks.
• Effective communicator
• Property & Casualty insurance experience

What is a Must Have?
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of project management experience required.
