They are seeking a Project Estimator who will lead opportunities from first introduction to project handoff, preparing successful estimates and building relationships that drive growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed and competitive estimates ranging from $100K to $5M+ in scopePerform digital takeoffs, analyze drawings, and clarify scopes with vendors and subcontractorsIdentify cost efficiencies, risks, and solutions early in the processManage budgets, proposals, and buyout phases to maintain profitability and accuracyServe as a trusted partner to clients through the estimating and pre-construction phasesCollaborate directly with ownership groups to align budgets, timelines, and scopeSupport sales efforts by presenting estimates, leading pre-construction meetings, and ensuring client satisfactionRepresent Hotel Rehabs at meetings, site visits, and project kickoffs—helping secure new and repeat businessPartner closely with internal Design, internal Purchasing, and Construction teamsContribute to improving internal estimating tools, cost databases, and team best practicesSkills1–6 years of experience in estimating, pre-construction, or related construction roles (GC or subcontractor preferred)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with estimating/project management softwareStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionallyWillingness to travel up to 10% - 15% for site visits and client meetingsBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401(k) with company matchLife/disability insuranceFSA/HSA optionsTSA Pre✓ reimbursementCompany OverviewHotel Rehabs is a boutique hotel renovation and construction firm.
