Job Summary
We are seeking a Planning Project Coordinator to join the Fraud & Safety Operations Planning team at focused on delivering strategic planning and a resourced organizational roadmap for high-priority initiatives. This role involves leading the FSO Product Library, managing the FSO Hub (internal website), and driving various critical projects to success. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in visualizing FSO product and operations briefs, developing performance illustrations, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment through multimedia production.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the FSO Product Library, ensuring a comprehensive visual assembly of products and operations briefs.
• Develop and maintain the FSO Hub internal website as a centralized information sharing platform across departments.
• Drive continuous and annual planning efforts, supporting the delivery of an effective organizational roadmap.
• Handle multimedia production for team recognitions, creating visually appealing content to celebrate achievements.
• Oversee triaging of continuous planning intakes throughout the year, ensuring alignment with priority initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
• Proven experience in Roadmap Planning and using project management tools like Airtable.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google Suite tools.
• Experience with multimedia and video editing software.
Industry Experience Required
• Candidate with background in tech, finance, communications, or marketplace domains will be preferred.
This position is remote, requiring the ability to work in PST hours
