Project Coordinator - Colocation

The Project Coordinator will manage transactional and small customer orders, collaborating with internal teams to deliver technical solutions and ensuring a smooth transition for customers post-signup. Responsibilities Partner with internal teams and service delivery partners to deliver technical solutions to clients Able to manage a high volume of transactional orders Develop and manage milestones using Smartsheet to track progress and ensure timely completion Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks Analyze project performance using relevant tools and techniques Manage changes to project scope and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and all project stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference Provide support to senior Implementation Specialists as needed Perform other duties as required and assigned Skills 0-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, project management, or a related technical field Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of colocation and network solutions Strong critical thinking skills with a knack for overcoming obstacles Adaptability and a willingness to embrace continuous improvement Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to following established procedures Self-motivated, confident, and inquisitive with a 'get things done' attitude Ability to travel occasionally (may vary) Other training and experience may be substituted for the job requirements at the manager's discretion Bachelor's Degree Familiar with ServiceNow Familiar with Smartsheet Benefits Medical, Telehealth, Dental and Vision 401(k) Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Life and AD&D Short Term and Long-Term disability Flex Paid Time Off (PTO) Leave of Absence Employee Assistance Program Wellness Program Rewards and Recognition Program Company Overview Flexential provides IT solutions including integrated colocation, interconnection, cloud, data protection, and professional services.
