Project Assistant, New Development - NYC

Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is a leading marketing and sales organization in the luxury residential development sector. They are seeking a Project Assistant to support executives by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating travel, and assisting with meetings and research tasks. Responsibilities Pro-actively handling calendars and inboxes, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining files and contacts, crafting/proofreading memos, retrieving messages and preparing expense reports Assist with all preparation for meetings Researching comparable properties Creating and altering excel spreadsheets Maintaining a filing system in a fast-paced environment Answer calls and respond to clients in a professional manner Other duties as assigned Skills Self-starter Capable of prioritizing and balancing project timelines Strong written and verbal communication skills Analyze, organize and prioritize task list Bachelor's or equivalent degree required; may consider candidates without a degree given applicable work experience 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a customer facing business environment with administrative duties, preferably in the Real Estate Industry Strong organizational skills Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels Proactive nature with in-depth ability to coordinate and effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point Professional demeanor and ability to defuse emotional situations in a calm manner Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment Ability to work independently with minimal direction to achieve accomplishments Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite preferred Company Overview Anywhere Real Estate Inc.
