Location: This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office days at our Durham, NC location at 10 Moore Street,and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility

Labcorp is seeking a sales Project Analyst to join the National Sales Enablement sales analytics team dedicated to empowering a leading sales organization through inventive data and process solutions to accelerate growth and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop Salesforce CRM Analytics data sets and dashboards to address business needs.
ā¢ Extract relevant and meaningful information from multiple large data set sources and apply it to solution designs that are scalable and supported by a well-defined implementation approach.
ā¢ Create and demo working proofs of concepts for business requirements using out of the box features of Salesforce CRM Analytics.
ā¢ Partner with sales leaders to optimize visualization of KPIs for sales effectiveness visualization. Examples include customer utilization and financial tracking, forecasting, internal activity reporting, and gap analysis.
ā¢ Partner with inside and field sales representatives on data sets to support customer needs as .
ā¢ Partner with sales leaders to conduct sales training on analytic tools as necessary.
ā¢ Support design, automation, creation and distribution of sales reports & dashboards outside of Salesforce.
Skills and requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Math or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience OR Associateās Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Math or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.Salesforce Admin & Tableau CRM or similar applications preferred but not required
ā¢ Ability to create dashboards within Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, or other similar BI platforms is required
ā¢ Able to translate business requirements to technical requirements
ā¢ Requires documented experience in data preparation and visualization
ā¢ Preferred working knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, Access, Excel and/or VB.Aptitude to rapidly learn other relevant tools (e.g. Salesforce CRM Analytics, Alteryx, Tableau,SQL Server, etc.).
ā¢ Aptitude to automate and create reporting efficiencies.
ā¢ High level of resourcefulness and problem solving skills are critical to this role.
ā¢ Requires strong collaboration and communication skills.
ā¢ Ability to interface with management and field based personnel.
