They are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Project Administrative Assistant to support multiple active projects by providing administrative and financial support while maintaining accurate documentation.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and financial support across multiple construction projectsProcess invoices and assist with basic accounts payable (AP) tasksGenerate commitments and manage contracts and project documentsReview certified payroll for compliance with applicable prevailing wage/Davis–Bacon Act (DBA) requirementsMaintain organized digital documentation using cloud-based systemsCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendorsReview hourly change order labor rates for compliance with prevailing wage/DBA or CBA rate sheetsCollect, verify, and track COIs and required endorsements/limitsUse Excel and email tools to track, report, and share project dataContribute to a culture of urgency, attention to detail, and continuous improvementSkillsExperience supporting construction or project-based teams preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working with financial systems and processing invoicesProficiency in Microsoft 365 and cloud-based document management platformsAbility to adapt to new technologies and systems quicklyExperience with Sage or Vista (or similar financial software) is a plusCompany OverviewFounded in 1879, DOC is a trusted leader in construction, committed to building with purpose and integrity.
