You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and your creativity and problem-solving skills will be put to the test every day. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to exhibitor inquiries via phone, live chat, or email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their logistical needs. * Utilize on-the-job training to create a web-based portal for exhibitors to access event-specific information, showcasing your attention to detail and creativity. * Develop and execute exhibitor communications for assigned events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction. * Assist with the collection of sponsorship deliverables for events, demonstrating your organizational skills and attention to detail. * Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, projects, and other duties as assigned. **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an event-driven environment. * Proven track record of creative problem-solving and a passion for finding innovative solutions. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs. * Strong time management skills, with a history of meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, valuing collaboration and teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications** * Multicultural experience and/or written and/or verbal multilingual language skills, especially fluent. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. * Familiarity with event management software and systems. **Work Environment** blithequark offers a flexible work environment, allowing you to work remotely and enjoy a hybrid schedule.
