The Opportunity
Unyte Health is seeking a mission-driven sales professional, or therapeutic, health or wellness professional with some sales experience, to join our Sales team as a Programs Consultant. This role plays a key part in converting inbound leads into sales while building long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
As a Programs Consultant, you will connect with healing professionals, conduct product demonstrations, manage your sales pipeline, and close business in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, working toward clear targets, and contributing to a purpose-driven organization in the health technology space.
What You Will DoConduct product demonstrations to match customers' needs to the best possible solutionManage a monthly, quarterly, and annual sales pipeline to meet and exceed targetsMeet and exceed weekly sales activity targetsDevelop relationships with healthcare professionals across the worldFollow up with clients during the training stage to drive to saleAsk for the business and close a target of 60% of inbound leadsAssist with developing client proposals and sales collateral on behalf of sales lead, as neededSupport inbound sales calls during business hoursAssess, qualify, and contact Market Qualified Leads (MQLs) assigned through the sales CRMYou Are a Great Candidate If You Have
A completed university or college degree3 or more years of sales experience and/or healthcare sales experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills (in person, phone, and email)A self-motivated, entrepreneurial team player mindsetThe ability to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment and tight deadlinesExperience using Google Docs, Slack, and CRM toolsAlignment with Unyte Healths mission and values

Knowledge of common mental health diagnoses and treatment processesExperience in healthcare, therapeutic, or wellness environments

Expected Annual Salary: CAD $55,000 base + 15% commission (on-target commission approximately CAD $8,250)
