Programmatic Associate

Mogl is a fast-growing company seeking a Programmatic Associate to join their Client Services team. The role involves providing administrative and operational support, improving processes, and gaining exposure to various functions within programmatic advertising. Responsibilities Support the Client Services Team in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing books of business Work directly with the account management team in tasks including, but not limited to: coordinating meetings, project managing, assisting with answering ad hoc questions, support tickets, and creating business review PowerPoint decks Work directly with the trading team in tasks including, but not limited to: setting up campaigns in the The Trade Desk platform, pacing live campaigns, pulling & analyzing advanced reporting, forecasting, and creative trafficking Internal coordination and cross-functional projects with sales, business ops, and data & operations teams, such as customer handoffs and ad hoc reporting and data visualization needs Manage and upkeep client records in Salesforce Embrace and uphold Mogl’s Team Values; curiosity, selfless and persistent Skills Administrative and operational support experience Willingness to take on administrative tasks Ability to correspond with vendors Eagerness to learn all facets of client services Ability to work well with all team members Ability to be a liaison between the company and clients Excellent customer service and client satisfaction skills Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization Proactive approach to developing the position Experience with Salesforce Ability to coordinate meetings and project manage Ability to assist with answering ad hoc questions and support tickets Ability to create business review PowerPoint decks Ability to set up campaigns in The Trade Desk platform Ability to pace live campaigns Ability to pull and analyze advanced reporting Ability to forecast and manage creative trafficking Ability to manage and upkeep client records Benefits Health Care Insurance Company stipends for specific perks – Health & Wellness, Education, Home Office and Downtown Denver Parking 401k match after 1 year of employment with Mogl Flexible time off – we encourage at least three weeks a year Paid parental leave Flex Time between Christmas to New Year's Day 12 Paid Company Holidays Company Overview Mogl helps independent agencies and growth brands Scale Beyond today’s limits—moving past legacy tools and siloed partners toward real growth.
