Key Responsibilities
? Campaign Management: Design, build, and manage display, native, and video campaigns within DV360, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with objectives.
? Performance Optimization: Monitor campaigns proactively, analyze data and KPIs, and perform frequent optimizations to exceed targets.
? Budget Management: Manage client budgets for programmatic campaigns, ensuring proper pacing and delivery.
? Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable, data-driven insights to enhance campaign success and communicate recommendations clearly to teams and clients.
? Targeting & Trend Analysis: Identify new audience segments and trends to inform future programmatic strategies.
? Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and inventory partners.
? Industry Knowledge: Keep current with trends in programmatic advertising and digital media, especially in attribution and the roles of various media formats.

Qualifications
? Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with 2 years of experience in managing self-serve programmatic campaigns in a DSP.
? Technical Skills: Understanding of real-time bidding, DSPs, ad exchanges, and SSPs, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data analysis skills.
? Certifications: Preferred experience with DV360, Google Analytics certification, and knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and Campaign Manager 360.
? Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with tracking and floodlight tags for measurement campaigns and multi-channel attribution.
? Soft Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Capable of managing priorities and collaborating effectively across departments.
? Remote Work: Experience working remotely and the capacity to balance working hours across global time zones.
