Program Operations Analyst (Remote – NY or Northeast Region) Our client, a public‑benefit corporation that promotes energy efficiency and renewable energy in New York, seeks an accomplished Program Operations Analyst (Remote – NY or Northeast Region). Contract: 12 months with possible extension Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Pay Rate: $50–$60 per hour (depending on experience) Start Date: Jan 12, 2026 Candidate must have computer, cell phone, and reliable high‑speed internet available while remote. Core Responsibilities Participant Support & Program Operations Maintain regular communication with Participating Contractors and Retailers. Support PCs and PRs in using the MyEnergy Salesforce system, including uploading/managing coupons, submitting resident applications, and handling supporting documentation. Respond to inquiries from PCs and PRs, troubleshoot issues within MyEnergy, and escalate as needed. Evaluate performance of all PCs/PRs and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Manage virtual coupons for appliances, electrical, and installation rebates. Maintain accurate public reference lists of Participating Contractors and Retailers. Manage and update qualified product lists based on ENERGY STAR and other relevant criteria. Maintain and update Salesforce dashboards and reports. Perform routine and ad‑hoc data quality assurance reviews and data cleanup activities. Monitor program budgets, performance metrics, and participation milestones. Maintain and update process documentation, ensuring alignment with resolved data quality issues. Cross‑Functional Coordination Serve as a subject matter expert on the Program Manual and all related program documentation. Coordinate with Shared Services teams regarding compliance with Participation Agreements. Partner with the Quality & Market Standards (QMS) team and PCs to support inspections and implement corrective action plans. Support additional responsibilities contributing to Codes & Standards team outcomes. Ability to rapidly learn new systems and processes through independent review and analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills—meetings, presentations, and written correspondence. Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills. Proven resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Integrity, strong work ethic, and a process‑oriented mindset. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Specialized Skills (Required for Success) Experience implementing utility incentive programs. Strong Salesforce Lightning expertise (system design, troubleshooting, UAT, report and dashboard development). Education & Technical Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required.
