Program Strategy & Leadership

Drive strategic AVS vendor support initiatives (Vendor Specialist Program and Vendor Live Chat) to ensure program excellence and stakeholder satisfaction
Develop and execute data-driven strategies in partnership with business teams to optimize vendor operations
Operational Excellence

Improve the Vendor Experience by leading initiatives that improve resolution time and quality
Spearhead process optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable cost savings
Establish and maintain standardized processes, training protocols, and reporting mechanisms across teams
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Analytics & Performance Management

Transform complex data sets into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making
Track and report key performance metrics to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges
Stakeholder Management

Partner with on and offshore teams, including cross-category teams, to identify and implement process improvements
Provide regular status updates and executive summaries to senior management
About the team
The AVS Central Program Team's charter is to continuously improve the AVS service offering and efficiency of the CSM teams supporting the program.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
