Role Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end UiPath RPA/AI projects across various Federal government departments.Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of automation solutions hosted on cloud infrastructure.Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to define project scope, timelines, goals, and deliverables.Ensure compliance with Federal IT security policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans as necessary.Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status reports to leadership and clients.Coordinate with developers, solution architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).Required Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on cloud-based RPA and AI implementations.PMP, or equivalent project management certification.Demonstrated experience delivering UiPath solutions in Federal government environments.Deep understanding of RPA frameworks, AI/ML integration, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).Exceptional stakeholder communication, risk management, and leadership skills.Strong knowledge of Federal compliance and security requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA).Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure specialists.
