Are you interested in leveraging your creative, program management, and relationship management skills to join an event team supporting the creative and branding needs of highly visible, large-scale events for Amazon sellers across the globe, including the annual tentpole event, Amazon Accelerate seller conference. Do you enjoy working in the creative field alongside talented event and production teams, whilst keeping an eye on the budget, quality, and timelines?

As a remote creative program manager, you will support creative asset production and prioritization, and support capacity planning for the seller events team. You will ensure the highest standards in creative asset production and delivery (through live and virtual media) for session content, websites, virtual platforms, and communications.

In this role you will partner closely with creative staff and internal stakeholders, and will be responsible for managing adherence to brand guidelines, legal usage, reviews and approvals, and work-back timelines. This role may also manage external creative agencies and production/post-production vendors.

Key job responsibilities

Manage all marketing creative programs using Asana
Manage creative requests, scope requirements, and ensure project completion
Maintain and update the creative dashboard
Regularly report on program performance to stakeholders
Monitor ongoing projects, identifying risks and inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements
Collaborate with demand generation, sponsorship team, social and event operations to understand timelines and program scope
Encourage collaboration and communication between team members and cross-functional teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
