They are seeking a Help Desk Operator responsible for addressing technology-related issues for associates, providing customer service, and ensuring timely resolution of problems.ResponsibilitiesProvide courteous customer service in-person and through phone calls and emails to Operations and to SC associates related to IS issues on a timely basisServe as the single point of contact for all technology-related problems encountered by PRG associates by responding to incoming telephone, voice mail, email, chat, and in-person requests for assistance related to problems with hardware, software, network, and other computer-related technologyEvaluate and prioritize all computer-related problems and either resolves the problem or refers the situation to the appropriate IS associate for resolutionEscalate problems requiring urgent attentionLog and track all calls using the ticket tracking systemFollow up on outstanding calls and open tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfactionSkillsHigh school diploma required; working towards college degreeSome relevant work experience and demonstrated interest in technology requiredSuccessful completion of initial and periodically required trainingsObtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this positionBenefitsHybrid Work schedule401K with company matchOn-site fitness center, biometric screen, and flu shot clinicDiscounts at Panda restaurants, theme parks, and gym membershipsCompany OverviewPanda Restaurant Group provides quick service Chinese food in high traffic locations, including malls, airports and sporting arenas.
