We're looking for a TPA Channel Partner Program Manager to lead the charge in shaping and evolving our channel partner programs. In this key role, you'll design and manage initiatives that empower our partners to drive revenue, boost retention, and elevate satisfaction.You’ll be a champion of operational readiness and program excellence, working cross-functionally to ensure our partners are set up for success. If you bring a background in channel management, a passion for collaboration, and a sharp understanding of the sales process—we want to hear from you.In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following: Develop and Manage Relationships: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and other key stakeholders.Support and Training: In collaboration with Account Management and Commercial teams, provide ongoing support and training to partners to ensure their success and alignment with our business goals.Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of existing partners, developing strategies, in partnership with Commercial teams, to improve client retention, gross margins, client satisfaction, and drive new bookings and revenue.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, account management and other internal teams to align efforts and achieve mutual goals.Program Development: Develop channel partner programs, including end-to-end delivery model, and collaborate with Implementation to install the program.Documentation and ‘source of truth’: Own the development and maintenance, and continuous improvements of standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and best practices to ensure operational excellenceReporting: Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using key metrics. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
