The Program Manager supports daily oversight and management of Cost of Care operations.
Maintaining oversight of project activities that impact Cost of Care and partnering with business owners and analytics on the identification of emerging cost improvement opportunities
Administer and configure initiative tracking systems to provide portfolio and initiative level progress against cost of care goals
Leads and facilitates cross functional collaboration discussions with leadership to ideate & prioritize new initiatives with cost savings opportunities
Analyzes key cost trends with initiative activity to ensure project portfolio activity is appropriately addressing emerging cost opportunities
Support business area leadership in resource evaluation and planning for future cost savings initiatives
Partner with project management to ensure appropriate review of Cost of Care project risks, actions, issues, decisions that impact critical cost savings
Works with key business areas on vendor management strategies and communications related to cost of care project savings
Hours:
Full Time, 40 hrs per week

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Business Management preferred
Master’s Degree in a related field is a plus
Salary Range: Minimum 37.60/hour - Maximum 62.08/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
