Job Description As a Program Management Team Leader I at UPS, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of major programs that align with business goals. You will manage a team of program coordinators and project managers, ensuring efficient workflows, timely deliverables, and measurable impact. Your remote role will be fully integrated with UPS operations and leadership teams, leveraging digital tools to facilitate communication and project alignment. You will be expected to manage risk, monitor performance, and lead stakeholder engagements. An ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams is essential. The ideal candidate brings a structured approach to project governance and a strong ability to motivate cross-functional teams in achieving milestones. This position is open to candidates located in the United States, with a preference for those near or in San Jose, CA.
