Program Integrity SpecialistAbout the RoleBayMark Health Services is seeking a Program Integrity Specialist to support our Residential Treatment Centers by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of clinical and operational documentation. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and payer requirements across multiple states.Reporting to the RTC Director of Compliance, the Program Integrity Specialist partners closely with leadership and staff to strengthen documentation processes, prepare for audits, and promote high-quality program operations in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement systems to ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards (including CARF), and payer contractsMonitor program documentation and operational practices impacting quality and complianceSupport leadership by providing compliance monitoring, reporting, and trend analysisEducate staff on audit processes, documentation standards, and chart performanceAssist with preparation for regulatory and accreditation auditsCreate, update, and refine procedures related to documentation review and program integrityTrack trends, maintain quality reports, and participate in Quality Management meetingsProvide staff support related to EMR usage (KIPU)Collaborate on special projects and perform additional duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of auditing experienceExperience with CARF and/or Joint Commission preferredFamiliarity with state-specific regulations (GA, TX, LA, WV, NH, ME)Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong ethical standards and attention to detailValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record requiredWork EnvironmentRemote position with required adherence to HIPAA-compliant home office standardsOccasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and extended periods of sittingWhy BayMarkBe part of a mission-driven organization making a meaningful impact in addiction treatment and recoveryCollaborate with dedicated professionals committed to quality, compliance, and patient careOpportunity to contribute to system improvements and organizational excellenceEqual Opportunity EmployerBayMark Health Services is an equal opportunity employer.
