Key Responsibilities


Satisfy programming and content feeds to all regions, including live content delivery to partnership clients worldwide.
Create clips and features using QCut framework and distribute the content globally via feed or file delivery.
Utilize ADT, Media Search, and feed programs to find content for distribution.
Update all VC and Fiber plans for feedings relating to the agencies.
Support programming by using Photoshop and Artwork Director to create and upload thumbnails for ESPN Watch, and transfer content to digital platforms for various regions.
Distribute and deliver daily live feed overviews to partnership clients.
Coordinate and troubleshoot any feed issues with various internal and external partners.
Input cut and/or refeed requests into Partnership Administrator for tracking and distribution to the regions.
Perform technical role/responsibilities within TVU Creator platform for various global shows.
Assist the Task Desk with TVU Packs and camera gear shipment for remote productions.
Provide updated information in real-time to all stakeholders, including Edge Store changes, Creation room changes, and more.
Perform routine administrative tasks and other organizational, coordination, and support activities as required.


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Knowledge of all production aspects, including but not limited to: Studio, Events, and ENG.
Understanding of assigned areas of coordination.
Support skills required for daily processes.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
Knowledge of receiving and delivery of content via file transfer (FTP, Relay it, We transfer, etc.).


Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experience are highly preferred:


At least 2 years of related administrative and production support work experience.
Familiarity with Spanish, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of sports production is a plus.
