Production Planner Junior

We are in search of a Production Planner to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role managing end-to-end manufacturing processes through our network of suppliers, ensuring adherence, and maintaining up-to-date data and documentation. The ideal candidate is a proactive production planner experienced in scaling both hardware and software operations. What you’ll be doing: • Keep track on operational plans involving multiple partners to ensure on-time delivery for all projects; • Translate demand needs into short/medium term production; • Regularly liaise with external suppliers to ensure that the production plan is being met; • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on operational progress and delivery timelines, highlighting risks and deviations; • Create, release, update and monitor Manufacturing Orders in the ERP system. • Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and components; • Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of both components and lockers while minimizing cost and reducing lead times; • Track and manage inventory levels to ensure availability for manufacturing activities at our network of suppliers; • Collaborate closely with sales, customer support, and industrial team to align delivery schedules with customer orders and expectations. What you’ll bring to the table: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus; • 1- 3 years of experience in production management/planning, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-related industry; • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail; • High analytical skills; • A can do attitude and not be afraid to roll up the sleeves to get stuff done; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Proficient in English (both written and spoken); • Proficiency in using manufacturing and operational planning and supply chain management software; • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that is constantly changing and adapting; • Familiarity with google sheets, ERP solutions, Lean/Kaizen manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies.
