Production Operator - Entry Level - (Lewiston)

Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSAs.
Follow safety protocols and report hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
Learn the safe and efficient operation of each machine assigned.
Serve as a relief operator for a wide variety of functions, machinery and workstations which provide the opportunity to quickly gain skills, learn and promote.
Assist with mill clean-up. Most employees are quickly promoted from this role into something more advanced and specialized.
Maintain acceptable production levels.
Other duties as needed.

To Be Considered You Will Need The Ability To
Work various shifts, days, and overtime as needed
$2/hr shift differential for qualified night and weekend shifts
Overtime pays at time and a half!
Use motorized equipment, hand tools (broom, shovel, etc), and an air hose
Adapt to various weather conditions, loud conditions, and airborne particles (sawdust) as we are working in a loud, industrial environment!
Pass a hair follicle drug test, a physical, and a background check

A high school diploma or GED
The Physical Demands Of This Job Include
Sitting and/or standing for a full shift, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, squatting, bending at the waist, kneeling, walking varying distance, climbing stairs, and listening to equipment.
