Production Operator Position Overview As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Assembling components Operating robotic and manual welding equipment Spraying components with ceramic glass coating Hanging and unhanging tanks from paint hangers Operating basic hand tools (manual and automatic) for extended periods Setting up heavy equipment Key Responsibilities As a Production Operator, your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures Meeting production targets and quality standards Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals Identifying and reporting any quality or safety issues Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful as a Production Operator, you will need: A high school diploma or GED 6 months of manufacturing experience (preferred) The ability to work a 2nd shift (earliest start time is 2 pm and latest end time is 1:30 am) The ability to stand, walk, and move frequently, with frequent bending and reaching The ability to lift 50-75 pounds with and without assistance from a lifting device The ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that is warmer in summer and cooler in winter Excellent reading and comprehension skills, with the ability to follow specific work instructions A strong commitment to work safety and quality standards What We Offer At A.
