Oversee the production team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a high level of quality and service in all dining facilities and events.
Train and supervise production team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet the demands of the university community.
Collaborate with chefs and other team members to create and update menus.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Foster a positive and professional working environment for the production team.
Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and guests, addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
Assist with special events and projects as needed.
