Product Strategy and Development Internship

Collaborate with American Family Insurance as a Product Strategy and Development Intern to work on impactful projects and gain business acumen in a 10-14 week summer program. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Develop an understanding of the business, corporate culture, and structure to support your work. • Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations. • Assist in creating efficiencies across the department. • Support and plan work on small projects with direction from management. • Assume duties normally performed in the department alongside professionals. • Present project results to management and/or department personnel. • Work on documenting Standard of Work processes and onboarding procedures. • Gain significant Life product business acumen and project/portfolio acumen. About You The company is looking for: • Current student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship. • Graduating August 2026 or later. • Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree. • Major/program aligned with the internship role (Business, Communications, English). • Ability to sign a non-disclosure agreement for proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventions. • Willingness to undergo applicable background checks. • Note: Sponsorship is not available for this position unless specified.
