The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative health solutions that align with the company's mission of providing high-quality healthcare at affordable prices.Responsibilities • Evolve business line portfolios to meet membership and operational income targets. • Assist in architecting product strategy and plan designs based on benefit intent. • Prepare materials in a storyboard format for clear communication of concepts. • Create and interpret business product performance analytics for ongoing portfolio management. • Ensure delivery of innovation pipeline submissions and translate product strategy into business requirements. • Develop presentations and metrics for cross-functional partners such as Sales and Operations.• Support compliance with internal and external audits and regulatory requirements. • Monitor product performance and recommend areas for improvement. • Conduct intermediate to advanced data analysis using tools like pivot tables and financial modeling. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree in business (MBA), public health (MPH), or related field preferred. • At least 7 years of relevant experience in product management or strategy. • Demonstrated experience in analytics, reporting, and developing key performance metrics.• Substantial knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation. • Experience in health insurance or healthcare is strongly preferred. • Effective verbal and written communication skills for creating and delivering presentations. Nice-to-haves • Experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
