You'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing transactions, and performing various administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations * Register sales on allocated sales register, process transactions, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner * Answer customer queries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms * Process voids, returns, and exchanges, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner * Check in and stock merchandise as required or as coordinated by the head supervisor or shift leader * Carry out Organization resource security methodology to identify and prevent benefit loss * Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and liquor products) * Build and maintain displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special displays * Assist with the partition of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item placement according to policies/methodology (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves) * Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital photo printing, banner printing, and sales of special photo products * Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screen orders in Picture Care Plus, handle requests, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assist with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and methodical store condition and appearance * Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain a positive and professional relationship with colleagues **Preparation and Self-awareness** * Attend training sessions and complete PPLs (Performance and Productivity Learning) as assigned by the supervisor or corporate * Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges **Essential Capabilities** * Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) * Must be willing to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours **Preferred Capabilities** * A minimum of six months of experience in a retail environment * Previous work experience with arenaflex is a plus * Familiarity with reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $24/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Comprehensive training and development programs * A range of benefits and perks, including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
