Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of company products, features, and benefits.
Support the product team in managing product updates and improvements.
Assist in researching market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products.
Work with sales and marketing teams to provide product knowledge and support.
Help prepare product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Assist with product launches and new feature rollouts.
Ensure product information is accurate across internal and external platforms.
Provide internal support and training related to product knowledge.

Strong interest in product development and product management.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with product management or CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in product support, product analysis, or a related role is preferred.
A degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is a plus.
