[Remote] Configuration Analyst

The Configuration Analyst role involves supporting configuration tasks within the HealthRules Payor platform, assisting with system setup, testing, documentation, and issue resolution under the guidance of senior analysts and team leads. Responsibilities Assist in configuring and maintaining HealthRules Payor settings for claims, pricing, and benefits Support testing and validation of configuration changes Document configuration activities and assist with updates to system workflows Execute basic test cases and assist in identifying issues during configuration testing Support post-production monitoring and reporting.
