We're now seeking a talented Product Owner, People Applications, to lead key technology decisions and drive growth. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge solutions that transform the employee experience. About the Role The Product Owner, People Applications, will be a hybrid role, reporting to the Senior Manager of People Applications. You will collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and engineers to develop products that span the entire employee lifecycle. Your expertise in product lifecycle development, talent acquisition, and employee experiences will help shape the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and products that drive business growth and enhance employee experiences. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, machine learning experts, and operators to develop solutions that meet business needs and improve engineer productivity. Analyze metrics to inform product success and ensure alignment with business objectives. Utilize analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Chartio, Google Analytics, and more to monitor system performance and generate insights. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. Manage stakeholder expectations, possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, and communicate effectively with leadership and individual teams. Work on problems of diverse scope, evaluating identifiable factors, and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. 5+ years of professional experience in product management or a similar role. 5+ years of experience building complex technology products, preferably internal-facing products for employees. Experience managing the delivery of at least one software/hardware product. Expertise in SQL queries, A/B testing, and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions). Proficiency in one or more analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Chartio, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar). Prior experience working with engineering, data scientists, and product designers. Proven abilities in driving technical platform strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment. Experience presenting business reviews to senior executives. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in talent acquisition and employee experiences. Familiarity with machine learning and data science concepts. Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
