Main responsibilities Develop a vision for the website experience, aligned with business and marketing goalsPlan and prioritize improvements, ensuring the website effectively attracts, educates, and converts visitorsDevelop and implement website backlog together with key stakeholders from marketing, product and engineeringContinuously analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion ratesTrack KPIs such as traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and SEO performanceEnsure performance, accessibility and mobile responsivenessAct as a market expert - deeply understand customers, constantly examine competition, propose innovations based on future AI solutions usage trends Core requirements At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in a growth-focused roleProven track record managing B2B SaaS websites with a focus on lead generation and conversionFamiliarity with user research, heatmaps, A/B testing, and behavioral analyticsAbility to understand highly technical and AI topics and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiencesSense of ownership and accountability, capable to plan your work effectivelyGet Things Done attitude, mixed with a creative approach when needed Bonus Points For Experience working on AI-driven productsTechnical background or relevant education Salary Range
