Because when advertising is done right, it benefits everyone. We're looking for a passionate product marketer to help drive the success of new Ads products and features. As a key member of the Ads product marketing team, you'll help shape product strategy and business decisions through research, cross-functional partnerships, and smart go-to-market strategies. You'll work on marketing initiatives that drive awareness and adoption of our products, and you'll represent the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap and requirements. You'll be a product expert with extraordinary attention to detail and a willingness to obsess over details.Description- Understand and articulate industry trends, represent the voice of the customer, and articulate these needs to cross-functional teams to help shape the product and user experience. - Develop product positioning, value propositions, narratives, and marketing messages that resonate with our audiences, including app developers of all sizes, agencies, and marketers. - Develop go-to-market strategies for new features and products. - Collaborate with product management, marketing managers, and sales teams to define standard processes and create marketing programs and content. - Work with the design team to ensure product positioning and value props are incorporated throughout the user interface. - Collaborate and work cross-functionally with sales, business development, channel marketing, product, creative, and regional marketing teams.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience. - 10+ years as a product marketer in the tech or digital advertising industryPreferred Qualifications- Shown success developing and delivering product positioning, value propositions, and narratives, using insights for maximum impact. - Comprehensive understanding of the product development and smart go-to-market strategies for B2B businesses. - Ability to craft compelling narratives that result in business impact. - Exceptional written and oral communication skills, storytelling skills, and strong ability to facilitate discussions and deliver presentations. - Understanding of technical aspects of product development, including the ability to communicate effectively with engineers. - Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and socialize ideas across functions. - Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and creative thinking skills. - Ability to learn and adapt quickly to constant change and work effectively in a fast pace environment. - Ability to channel the voice of the customer into actionable recommendations. - Self-starter who can work independently and is able to demonstrate creative and critical thinking. - Extraordinary attention to detail.Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
