Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities. Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions. Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy. Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention. Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation. Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward. Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. At least 2 years of Data Analysis experience. Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving unstructured problems. Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. A passion for Media and Entertainment.
