Your role at Hostinger We're growing our Product Marketing team and hiring multiple PMMs to own key product areas - including AI Website Builder, Virtual Private Server & AI Automation Products . As the Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the product marketing strategy and the execution of key initiatives. The mission: scale your product by identifying new growth opportunities and unlocking global growth through diverse acquisition channels. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with product, growth, and organic teams to orchestrate product marketing campaigns that deliver measurable growth. Connect with your team: Domantas Gudeliauskas, VP of Product Marketing and Growth Your day-to-day Develop and execute go-to-market and adoption strategies, ensuring strong positioning and growth. Monitor performance, identify key trends, and adjust strategies through data-driven insights and regular reporting. Identify emerging technical trends and use cases to pivot strategies based on real-time data and market shifts. Identify new acquisition channels and test them to scale growth using real-time performance metrics. Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, growth, and organic teams to align on initiatives and accelerate adoption in selected markets, testing and optimizing strategies accordingly. Define the scope of marketing initiatives, including timelines, progress updates, deliverables, and expected impact. Act proactively with a hands-on, "can-do" attitude to drive adoption and achieve growth targets. Your skills and experience 3+ years of experience in product marketing and digital performance marketing. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Ability to understand technical aspects as needed. Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines. Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail, including precise and effective written and verbal communication.
