The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our team as an individual contributor (IC). This is not a role for someone who wants to delegate — this is for a strategic executor who wants to build and grow, fast.You’ll own the product marketing function end to end — from messaging and positioning to go-to-market strategy, events, and website revamps. You'll work closely with our leadership team and play a key role in shaping how Enkryptai tells its story and connects with users, customers, and the broader InfoSec/AI ecosystem.✅ What You’ll DoCraft compelling product messaging, positioning, and collateralDrive go-to-market launches, content, and campaigns for B2B/enterprise productsRepresent Enkryptai at industry events and conferencesSupport enterprise sales enablement effortsOversee marketing aspects of the website and lead its strategic overhaulExecute marketing strategy directly — not just plan, but doCollaborate with design, sales, and leadership to define and prioritize growth initiativesBe a vocal advocate for our brand in the AI and security communities What We’re Looking For2–8 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or similarStrong IC mindset — you enjoy executing and getting your hands dirtyExperience working in or marketing AI or cybersecurity productsDemonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentStrategic thinking balanced with ability to roll up sleeves and implementHungry, flexible, resourceful — you move fast and make things happenAbility to work from Boston or the Bay Area (or relocate) Bonus PointsExperience with early-stage startups or sub-10 person teamsBackground in enterprise/B2B SaaS marketingPreviously led growth initiatives in a technical domain
