Remote starting time 7am EST

Specific Job Description:
• Business analysis to identify and define the user requirements for the web portal / CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) / CPM (Consent and Preference Management) by country.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the design, development and implementation complies with local regulatory requirements in all target countries.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business, IT, country digital teams, and other internal partners.
• Stay informed and focused on Healthcare Provider's journey across multiple countries, which would inform strategic decision-making.
• Other Info: Gather requirements, managing backlog and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the design, development, and implementation for websites, for example: migration, retirement, or keeping status quo with existing websites.

Skill Sets:
• Strong business analysis and requirement gathering experience.
• Experience with web portals/CMS platforms and/or CIAM/CPM tools
• Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation experience
• Experience with Agile development with a remote, distributed team
