You’ll own our suite of Onchain Data products – enabling builders to access historical and near-real-time balances and transactions, configure webhooks for transfers and smart contract events, fetch reputation and risk details, and more. Most importantly, you’ll discover and define the tools we haven’t thought of yet to accelerate building onchain.What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):Own all facets of CDP’s Onchain App Infra suite, from crafting the vision and strategy to executing on specific featuresDevelop solutions to problems by collaborating and leading across product areas and functionsDefine OKRs and drive collaboration with cross functional partners during product development to achieve these goalsDetermine pricing structure and rates for new productsEffectively balance and prioritize across all stakeholder objectivesSecure buy-in, rigorously prioritize, and drive development for a multi-year product vision that crafts an overall product narrative and directionWhat we look for in you (ie. job requirements):5+ years of product management experienceDeep familiarity with the crypto industry and how blockchain networks operate, with meaningful professional experience in cryptoAbility to influence and shape strategic decisions/discussions on onchain topicsExperience working with and balancing the needs of a wide variety of stakeholdersUser-focused and able to understand a wide range of user personasEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated passion for crypto and enabling developersNice to haves:Existing network within crypto communitiesExperience contributing to an onchain community or projectPrior experience as a software developer (web2 or onchain)Experience determining appropriate pricing for software productsPosition ID: GDPM05USPay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
