Responsibilities In this role, you will drive outcomes that move products and teams forward. Translate business goals into clear product strategies that deliver measurable value Lead end-to-end execution of new products and product enhancements within Intelligence Solutions Research Services Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, sales, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and momentum Own project planning, including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs, and adapt plans as priorities evolve Anticipate risks and challenges early, communicate them clearly, and lead thoughtful mitigation strategies Make informed decisions when multiple paths are available, balancing speed, quality, and impact Manage multiple high-visibility initiatives at once while maintaining focus and delivery excellence Communicate progress and insights with confidence to stakeholders at all levels, from senior leaders to frontline teams Partner with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to support long-term growth Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field Experience working within healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-driven environments Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex projects from concept through execution Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across diverse teams Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and maintain momentum Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with product backlogs and agile or hybrid delivery models Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools Experience supporting Real World Evidence, patient-reported outcomes, or digital transformation initiatives If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,100 - 126,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
