In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, implementation, and customer success—to ensure smooth product operations and execution. You will gain hands-on experience in product development, user research, and project coordination, while contributing directly to improving product features and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Operational Support Assist the Product Manager in managing day-to-day product development activities Create and maintain product updates, timelines, and workflow documentation Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product implementation Project Coordination Support end-to-end project execution, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders Maintain detailed documentation of project progress and issue resolution Product Execution & Research Analyze customer behavior and product data to identify improvement opportunities Support product operations alongside engineering and customer success teams Collaborate with QA to ensure product quality and readiness before release Qualifications Preferably a recent graduate or final-year student Able to commit dedicated time to the internship Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting Additional Information All interviews and communication will be conducted in English.
