You will deeply understand the psychology behind the user in order to imbue it into the AI agent.Additionally, as one of our early team members, you will have the opportunity to help shape the direction of the product vision and collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the strategy and development of AI agents for the use of investors and other users within the Financial Services industryDeeply understand the technology and psychology behind AI and agentsOwn the full lifecycle of products from inception and development to rollout and ongoing successCraft a narrative, define product requirements, and prioritize effectivelyCollaborate with leadership, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality productsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field2-5 years of full-time product management or related industry experienceExperience building AI products or deeply using LLMsBonus points for experience in Financial ServicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentAbility to think strategically and execute with attention to detailEnjoy building 0 to 1 products from the ground upAbout UsWe’re an ambitious team tackling a huge industry with over $100B in TAMOur founding and exec team consists of former leaders who have helped scale hypergrowth startups and led teams at Netflix, Google, and MetaWe typically work in-person 2-3 days a week at our HQ in San Mateo, CABenefits & PerksMedical, dental, vision coverage covered at 90%401k Employer Contribution (nonelective contribution of 3% of your compensation)Flexible time off - take time off when you need it!Two approved remote work weeks per yearCatered lunches & snacks in-officeTeam socials & outings throughout the year12 weeks of paid parental leavePay Range and Compensation PackageIn consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $160,000 and $210,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
