Product Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA (Mission District)

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 + Equity (0.1% - 0.3%)

They power the documentation of 3,500+ companies, including major tech players and over 20% of the most recent Y Combinator batch. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in San Francisco, they've established themselves as the modern standard for documentation in the tech industry.
What You Will Do
• Own and drive features from conception to completion with a high degree of autonomy
• Create tasteful, intuitive user experiences that developers love
• Collaborate across teams to ship impactful products
• Balance customer relationships with feature development
• Have plenty of heads-down builder time in a team environment where the best ideas win
• Work with TypeScript, Next.js, and React to build scalable frontend solutions
Ideal Candidate Background
• 2+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with frontend emphasis
• Experience building features from 0 to 1
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent user design sense and high-level craftsmanship
• Experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
• Drive to build amazing products and solve problems efficiently
Preferred
• Experience working at early-stage, VC-backed startups
• Already located in the San Francisco area
• Familiarity with modern CSS component libraries and design trends
• Experience with documentation tools or developer-focused products
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary: $140,000 - $200,000
