Come build with us!Position Overview:We're seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our innovative team working on an AI-first supply chain platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive and efficient user experiences across both our platform and application layers.Responsibilities:Platform Layer:Design a user-friendly console interface for data engineers, ML engineers, and supply chain modelersCreate intuitive workflows for complex data manipulation and model creation tasksDevelop clear information architecture for organizing and accessing various platform tools Application Layer:Design visually appealing and informative data visualizationsCreate user-friendly interfaces for interacting with charts, maps, and data tablesEnsure consistency and coherence across different output formatsGeneral:Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockupsCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data scientistsAdvocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development processStay updated on UX/UI trends, especially in data visualization and AI interfacesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in B2B or enterprise softwareStrong portfolio demonstrating complex UI/UX projectsProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDExperience with data visualization designFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts and data-driven applicationsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly designsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in supply chain management or related fieldsKnowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Understanding of data analysis and statistical conceptsIf you're passionate about creating intuitive user experiences for complex, data-driven applications and want to be at the forefront of AI-powered supply chain management, we'd love to hear from you!
